See, they could eventually tell you that if ur car is modified in any way not to drive it on the streets, well, guess wat?! that wont apply to me, ill drive and drive til i get caught, cause its the stupidest (i duno if thats a word or not, it is now, haha), but yea, like in europe you're allowed to modify your car, but it still has to pass certain tests and insurance would slightly go up a bit.
