I think you guys are making it sound like the shop is more expensive there then it actually is. My perception is that you guys are part of a huge network of stores and have substantial buying power.
I know people that have shopped around and you have actually been the least expensive. I’m sure their will be exceptions to the rule, but I can over look these anomalies knowing that I will get the service I expect.
