I had a great experience at Beverly Tire for my alignment.. not so good on getting a slow leak fixed. The tech had put an external weight put on the outside lip of my rim... rare JDM wheels now have a paint chip! And to think I was even being a good boy and not playing in gravel for once in my life Anyway.. I didn't inspect the wheel at the shop and didn't notice until I was back at work. I called beverly tire (can't remember who i spoke to.. ) brought up the problem and they re-blanaced using sticky weights free of charge no problems.. the only thing I didn't like was that i was told it was "standard procedure" to put weights on alloy wheels (i've put them on the inside of the wheel were nobdoy sees them).. so just make sure you specify sticky weights if you care about your alloys.. first time i've had this happen, and i was surprised due to the top notch service I'd received on my first visit, which was why i went there for the leak. The leak is fixed though, which was my main concern
