I've been using 195/65/R15 Toyo Observe G02-Plus for the last 2 winters. Very happy with their performance in slush, deep snow, packed snow. Decent Ice performance too.
Remember to get the skinniest tire you can for good snow performance. Wide tires just float along the top of the snow whereas skinny ones sink and grip.
