Come to the Octoberfest show and u can feel the differences. The ones he is selling are cf overlayed fiberglass(shizzle) with plastic rings around them(wiggle) the APR ones are CF resin composite also aluminum reinforced so they dont wiggle.
I donno I guess they do the same thing...

I would say that the nrg ones are more cosmetic while the apr ones are really functional.
