just wondering:
if a ticket was issued for careless driving and there is something wrong on the ticket, can it be thrown out just like another ticket? Also, it's been like 5 months and he hasn't even heard back from his lawyer yet... is anything going to happen with this?
jw, because my bf got one for touching the centre line ONCE out in the boonies... they tried pinning him for driving under the influence when he had no beer/alcohol in him (he was just stuttering b/c he was nervous
) lol I guess they had to pin something on him since they slapped cuffs on him and dragged him out to a holding cell for 4-5 hours... and not to mention illegally searching his car, and impounding it
