im confused, they thought he was under the influence but they charged him with carless driving? and kept him in a cell for 4-5hrs?
that doesn't make sence... why not dui? did they check his alcohol levels?
and wtf is up with the lawyer for being MIA?
This story sounds like like a block of swiss cheese to me... way too many holes in it.
