it CAN be thrown out, or it CAN be amended in court to read 'B' all deends on the JP/Crown at the time.
go make your court date, it will take 6 months AT LEAST...My court date for my Jan. 8th ticket is Nov. 29th.
Then when that day come up, go talk to the crown and ask what they will do about it. Explain your story, blah blah, and if they drop it they drop it, if not, they don't.
