i can't even remember maybe I was an asshole but pretty sure i wasn't.
i think i might go through points. everything apparently depends on the cop notes.
can't i say that i felt the ass hole behind me was too close and if i slammed brakes he may have hit me and caused more of a problem than me approaching with caution.
all i know is this ticket is good enough to fuck me good and i probably won't be driving after june 2007 after my renewal if it gets caught. As I'm pretty sure last years 15 km over 0 points, and this new one @ 3 points is enough to have me kicked off insurance or have it fly high enough my dad will sell my car cuz its under his name , even though i paid for the car fully, and cut me off driving period. As my dad is just like that.
does anyone here not reccomending going through points. I don't care about 250-300 bux id rather of tried my case with a professional than my self.
Or do i stand a better or equal chance if i go alone ?
