I went to the court house yesterday and filled in the paper. I choose the trial option.

It said yes or no if you want to challeged the offence with evidence. I said yes.
as if you selected no it had something else said something about accepting the charge.

Did i pick the wrong thing yesterday? My friend who faught a ticket last year was like I picked the wrong thing.

challenging with evidence is that the right or wrong thing?
