Smart Charge ones charge and then turn off to not overcharge the batt
Manual charge ones keep feeding power and can cause a battery to overheat.
A Smart Charge 2 amp will do you all day if you just have your flashy lights on.
Smart Charge 10-12 amp if you are running a fairly loud sound system...but your batt will get hot over extended periods of use.

Also remember......

Bring a "good" extention cord with a Grounded end to it (3 prong) 25 foot+
No ghetto lamp cords ppl. Unless you feel like causing a fire.

10 amps doing down a wire the size of a twist tie = Flames

I will be coming in on the Sat morning
