^^ maybe read the thread first and reply accordingly instead of random ramblings about speeding tickets which has nothing to do with this thread. Its about a radar detector ticket and not speeding. Learn to read.
Now the reply to Neon2nr:
I've had one of those tickets in the past. There is no sense fighting it for 2 reasons: 1) You will not win, the cop has the detector logged into evidence and any judge will convict you. 2) A radar detector ticket is a non moving violation ticket. Meaning its just a fine, no points and from my experience it will not affect your insurance what so ever.
