ya, have you ever thought that cops DON'T lke to give out tickets? why would a cop care about the amount of tickets he writes and make it a personal goal? he gets paid the same amount anyways.

I was caught once for speeding once, and the cop plain out told me "i hate giving you guys tickets, you already pay enough for insurance as it is, slow down, heres a break, have a nice day"
