I failed a re-test of my G (due to too many points) on the 401, as I was about to merge I adjusted my speed (80km/h or so) so I would merge behind a transport, we were getting off at teh next exit so I didn't feel it neccessary to pass the 2 transports that were doing 90, I just chilled behind them at a safe distance, and I failed, because I didn't pass them (which would have require a speed in excess of the limit) I failed.

It can be tricky, or they can fail you for no good reason. ^in this example she said I should have passed as 90 is unsafely slow for the 401 (I only had those 2 transports on my side), I was dumbfounded
