Cause half the time people have no damn clue how to merge and are so damn clueless as to speed up that merging at 50-90kmh is a normal. Also no one leaves room for people to merge, which cause people to floor it till the end of the lane, then slam on there brakes and cut the line off doing 20-30kmh or so.
