When i signed up with them, they had to appraise the car through an ajuster and tehy took all sorts of pictures and shit, The car was lowered at the time and thye put it down on there sheet and Belair still signed me up. They made a comment about my rear bumper being all scratched up and they would not cover that, and the windsheild having a chip out of it and they were not covering that. Thats about all. So all is fine for me.
