Dont have money for the gym anymore, so I hit weights at home. Here are my workouts:
- 1 hour on Tony Little's POS Gazette (its all I've got for cardio, and I dont like running outside, too much pain on my knees)
- 30 minutes on a punching bad
- Benchpress
- Arm curl
- Shoulder lifts
- Situps
Thats all I've got/do

. I just want to loose about 20lbs and gain a bit of muscle.
