Tell me about it. I've been going to the gym 5 days a week for 10 years and I've gained 15lbs. I'm constantly eating (every 2 hours) and the girls at work hate me. I'm stronger than many guys twice my size (I weight 140lbs and my 1 rep max is 230lbs bench press).
I recently looked in the mirror and questioned what I have accomplished in the last 10 years. So I went to see a nutritionist. Quick assessment was that I need more calories and carbs and fat but I'm doing okay with protein.
My new goal is 10lbs in 3 months.
