warrenty is lifetime IIRC.
I had a lot of dust/crap in my wife's accord's window track with scratched the tint (totally my fault from where i drive and whatnot) and he got me in and ripped it off, cleaned the window and track and re-tinted it free of charge. VERY professional and level headed guys. So much so that I will probably be letting them tint my '76 Datsun 280Z, so as you can imagine thats HUGE confidence in them.
