Wow, it's almost like nobody's ever dealt with basic business here.

You want to build the customer base and get loyalty, you need to under cut your competition and get people in the front door. Give them a reason to go to Saisan instead of driving to existing shops, a significantly lower price than the existing competition who already has a reputation gets people in the door. You'll probably want to under cut the compeition by at least 15-20% off of your compeition's prices. You won't make money right away, but you'll be getting customers in the door, and better yet customers through your door that would have gone to the competition. Once you get people in the front door, provided you offer top notch service and take care of your customers they will return. Once you build a loyal customer base then you can think about raising your prices to command what the competition is charging, depending on the demand on your dyno even more. But until then unless you start charging less you're going to have a dyno that's going to take a lot longer to pay off than you planned.

If you come in all ram rod with high prices and say take it or leave it, people are going to leave it and keep doing what they were.

This is where you type a bunch of shit about how awesome your car is. FACT: It's been scientifically proven that the more shit you write in here the less cool your car is. Nine times out of ten the majority of people who talk shit down here don't even have any of the crap they talk about on their car. I drive an 8 year old domestic and barely give two shits about it. I beat the hell out of it and it begs for more, just like your girlfriend. Go ahead, cut me off. I dare ya.
