well i was getting paid 14.10 an hour.. plus commison, 1/2 off any rogers products (cable,internet, cell..etc inc bluejay tickets) great discounts at other places, full benifits (good ones too)
u work 1-9 monday to friday .. u work every other sunday.. but if u work a sunday u either get a wed or a friday off durring that week
im not going to lie.. call centers suck!!!
and u get stressed
u don't deal with tech.
u deal with sales and billings of ppl calling in
i delt with ppl canceling the home phone cable or internet "retention"
