yes i've run haas machines before. what appeals to me with them is their option to lease the machine by uptime. kinda like pay as you go with cell phones... if you are efficient with your programming and setups then you can get more out of what you pay for. fadal makes pretty reasonably priced starter vmc's as well. i'd like to try and get something with box way construction rather than linear, but the price difference might keep me with the linear guide ways.
