Chrom is not free, you have to buy a chipped ecu or pay someone to chip yours, you have to pay someone to burn you a random chip or tune your car on it. Hondata im sure has its ups and downs too, i personnaly don't like it. there are a lot of other programs that basically do the same as chrom some better, some not as good. It all depends on what you want to do.
