^ Oh, I always thought this would kind of be obstructing justice by not providing relevant information. I guess nobody really asked him for the information. As a citizen, if you see someone robbing a person and don't do anything to help, you should be held accountable. IMO. Maybe I've played to many RPG games hahahaha
