well, it is also chipped (well the Revo flash) running 16 lbs of boost....so yeah, i would drive "nicely" to and from work, and never ever let it cool....so yeah, 75000 km and the turbo was finished....thankfully it was still under warrenty and Vw fixed it free of charge.....would have been over $1500 in part alone!!!

yeah im chipped as well.... good thing you got it fixed for free.... if would of had to pay then you would of gotten a bigger trubo
