THIS IS retarded. I just came from the MTO they said I need a Safety and E-test to transfer ownership from my dads name to my name.

More crap I gotta pay for. I thought transferring between family was free dammit It doesn't say on the paper the "SWORN STATEMENT FOR A FAMILY GIFT OF A USED MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE ONTARIO" that i need a safety and etest.

I'm pretty sure its gonna pass both no problems but this is BS.
