anyone going to go to a city council meeting to voice their opinion or take any other action living in this country affords you? if not, you can shut the fuck up. ever since i came back to this country all i see is bitching. if this program prevents one spouse from getting that dreaded 3am wake-up then it's worth it. Plus it tosses money back into this community, into the hands of people that actually make an impact.
