So are you implying that there are two version of the HTA one that applies to stock cars and a differnt one that pplies to used cars???
BTW my mom had differnt tires on the Maxima for like 2 years and not once was she stopped
The fronts were a differnt series then the rear and had a much smaller side wall.

nik, a lambo is ment to sit 1" off the ground, a vw is not, thats legal for the lambo, maybe not for the vw.
what i ment was, all those cars come stock that way, they are ment to have 2 different sized tires. Read the sticker in the glovebox. Same size tire all around, an r8x, isn't. I'm not saying that i think it's un safe, BUT the whole point is that HE GOT A TICKET FOR IT.
So whether you think it's right or wrong doesn't matter, if he got it, you can. Simple as that.
