IMHO its the best body kit combo for the MR2. I think it flows so well with the car's shape that it should have been offered from the factory. My bomex front bumper is authentic, but the TOM's sides and rear are fake. I wanted the front bumper to be authentic because 1. bomex stuff is not too expensive, and 2. I've had problems with front bumper fitments in the past. The reason why I went with replica TOM's stuff is 1. The manufacturer that made my replica's is a licensed remanufacturer of TOM's stuff, and has duplicates of the orignial moulds (so quality is amazing). And 2. Real TOM's stuff is like $2000 CAD for a complete kit! OUCH $$$$!
I ordered my stuff from a company called MB Autosport. They are the only place that carries this brand of 'Replica' TOM's stuff. They also carry authentic and replica bomex stuff as well.
I also installed this body kit myself in my driveway. It was pretty easy actually. The funny thing was, the Replica TOM's stuff fit very well. Needed a tiny bit of modification, but fit well. The authentic bomex front bumper had some minor fitment issues. They will have to be fixed by the body shop when I get the whole car painted in the fall. Its just minor, but kinda disapointing for an authentic piece.
