lights get very tricky, it all depends on the cop that pulls you over as always. I think the safest way to go is just to make sure that you don't have any pulsating (strobing, flashing) lights on while moving or not in a show. otherwise i think you can pretty well fight the rest. Just don't put red lights in your head lights
I'm suprised i never got ticketed for that in my old car lol very dumb of me.
