well as I said "dougall" unfortunatly wether or not he knew you were a JCO member or a customer off the street it is not a practice at our company to make judgement of people or there cars they choose to dress them up, But I am sure that in your post you did say "they were all pissed because they were treating Official members like crap" they would include me!!! Second if he was treating in a manner in you didn't like then you have every right to feel the way you do. If he had made a comment that you didn't like then so be it. What I am hear to say is that even tho I can't control the way you were treated when you came in I can correct it (when I am made aware of it but I never was until now) As far as the 10% discount, I extended that to JCO even before I was a Sponsor as a kind gesture to create a relationship between our shop and the JCO so Im not sure raped would be the appropriate word! But enough of that as I said I do appologise that your visit wasn't a good one and it is unfortunate that not all customers can be pleased but I can only hope that maybe you feel some type of satisfaction from my public appology.
