What's wrong with the manifold and downpipe? They're generally ultra robust peices.
And are you dealing with the 165 generation stuff (single entry CT26) or 185 (twin entry turbo)? Paul |

I have two here, both 90+ twin entries, one with a 50 trim compressor, one stock steel unit. Cherry Turbo's (I've heard they're closed) was one of the best bets in rebuilds in your area. After a balance, bearings and seals 500$ is probably the vicinity your looking at. Paul |

Paul... when did you hear that Cherry closed down ? I was planning on sending my Turbo to Herman this winter to be rebuilt and modified and was actually looking forward too it since hes able to do such good work. But yea... $500-$600 easily for complete rebuild (if the wheels are fine and can be re-used that helps save some cash) ------------------ S13 | This | That | And more ----------------------------- Powder Coating - Ask me http://www.centurypowder.co.nr |

I'd read it here, though it's hardly gospel.
