its apc and it has a flame tip, you better believe there is something wrong with this thing, you can get an actual quality magnaflow that won't be all raspy for the same price

I have to agree - it would almost be like the guy I saw with one of those scrolling license plate lights (from Canadian Tire) that read "if you can read this you're way too close"

It may just as well have said "I shop at Canadian Tire"
