Need a good 2 way alarm

I am just gone get right to the point. On friday my passanger window was smached right infront of cineplex and the cunt tried to steal my stereo but didn't succeed. Now I am looking for a GOOD 2 way alarm with a range of atleast 3000FT, and $400 or under. Any recommendations would be great.

ebay...all alarms are the same shit, you just want to make noise and have an led to deter thefts in populated places. Thats all they can do. So anything that has a flashing led and sirens will do. And being notified when someones messing with ur car is also a nice feature. So get a cheap 2-way from ebay or used or whatever, no need to spend 400.
