Old Pioneer tape deck - setting clock - #1 Car Club In Kitchener - Waterloo - Cambridge

Okay so how sad is this..

My VW has this old Pioneer tape deck and I want to set the clock but I'm clueless as to how. They made it so bloody difficult to figure out without a manual.

I can't seem to find a manual for it, but the model is KEH-P1015
