Man you are a one man thread you are.

what does this have to do with me being a moderator? and who says I'm a enthusiast with honda's?

more like cars in general, you can ask anyone who personally knows me, espiecally on psa, and they will all agree I know what I know.

only on vm, I chose to act the way I act, because vm is full of cocky and beyond rude people, like yourself.

don't like it? leave.

Jimmy no pun, but yes the civic is kind of ugly etc, it does have a cool and different SWAP IMO...

but lets compare it to the Hundreds of JDM "style" civics like yours in kitchener now... jesus christ jdm is so overplayed right now, (I still think yes yours is one of the cleaner ones) but theres so many following your foots steps.. you can't ever find an "origional" honda anymore.

louis all his mx6's and probes he's owned looked fairly stock, but made mad amounts of power, thats all that matters in my opinion, you don't see many old faster mx-6's around anymore

hell its like the one day buddy pulled into "euro tims" with his turbo dodge shadow, you guys all laughed at him with your damn cocky attitudes calling him slow etc.
I talked to him at one of our psa meets and figured he made 312 hp to the wheels and a shit load of tourqe.. but I guess according to you guys, he's slow. why? because its a dodge shadow, and not a honda civic

or wait would about the time you guys all laughed at my room mates trans am and told him his rear end is going to blow?... why? because it's a trans am with 350+ HP? its fast? ... good thing that chevelle ss454 drove by and showed you guys what a real car was.

anywas.. i hate the srt4.. and its not the car it self ( i was looking into one b4 buying my si)

its 2 things

1) the owners.. they know its fast.. and most other ppl do.. but they honestly think its gods gift to the automotive industry .. but in that defense.. si owners are like that too :P

2) it looks like a neon.. plane and simple
the interior is ugly.. only thing it has going for it , is the viper seats and the boost gauge.. thats it.. thats all

and its typical american interiors.. most (if not all) are just ugly, bad fitment, and cheap

the civic interior is either u really love it.. or u really hate it (civic in genereal)
but the same (my opinon) can't be said for the srt-4.

this swap is pointless without some qm times, and also some track times, and that will stop this pointless thread..

personaly i love the sound of my car passed 4K, than again at 5800, and than again at 8500 RPMS

just boost and honda and i bet u would get just as good results (if not better) than the price a regular joe (like my self) would have to pay to get that motor in there.

ppl that do these swaps are ussaly shop guys that can get the motor for next to nothing, and labour is free since they are doing it

who in there right mind would pay to have this done???
someone with way to much money

good post, I actually agree with almost everything here. except for you hating the srt-4 lol

Why the hell would the "gay ass turbo suv that was a turd" not count? Like it or not, it's a Honda product. Call me an idiot all you like, doesn't bother me because I know where it's coming from, but I think this thread speaks volumes.

PS this thread is so gay i heard david hasselhof read it.

has the dyno sheets, I talked to him for a while (love the old school turbo dodges) most old school 2.2turbo dodges make well over 300hp with a little over a grand in work. (doesn't include the engine blowin up a month or 2 later tough)

and btw, agreed with nick.. what a piss poor attempt at a funny post... you made baby jesus cry.

ok fine, you win.. honda does make a turbo suv.. woop di do!

you couldn't pay me enough to buy any 4 cylinder 3200lbs suv, I don't care if it comes with a turbo, its still lame.

I'll be a little more specific, honda doesn't make turbo sports coupes.. they never will, they never did.. and if they did make an 80's turbo one, maybe that was japan.. but not hear, and I still never heard about it

Jim,
you drive a 93 civic and spray oil for a living...get off your high horse and stop talking down to people.

This a car club full of modded cars. Is anything that anyone does to their car cost effective, hell no! Is it fun, very much so.
