Can't get in!

SO, for some time now my lock have been messing up.

I can't turn the key in the lock
I can but it's really hard
Now I can, but the driver side does nothing, I turn it forwards and back and it doesn't lock/arm/unlock. The Passenger side is a pain to turn but it lock/arms/unlocks

I bought a new key from the dealer thinking that was the problem cuz my old key was sorta twisted, but that was obviously, not the case.

Any Ideas? And no, it's not cuz it's cold. This happens anytime, before and after driving, and after using lock de-icer...

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Oh I bet the reason our locks dont do anything is cause the vaccumm actuator POS dealie is probably fubared. You know they couldn't just use regualr power locks they had to make them vaccumm actuated

97's didnt get the compressor locks, and your compressor doesnt have to work for your key to unlock the door regardless.

i had that problem in my sunfire.. the actual door locks rusted from the key always going in and scratching the metal (so i was told)

easy fix.. paid an extra 100 bucks when getting my alarm installed and than i had actuators installed.. very simple to install them ur self (door popping kit of ebay should do it)
