Suggestions for a new project

Hey guys I am getting a honda civic cx hatchback, most likely a stock 1999 or 2000. I just have a few questions. I wanted to do a paint job to a 2003 honda s2000 silverstone but heard that it would cost 2000 dollars maybe even more and I simply do not have the money for that. So now my choices are buy a silver or black one and repaint them if they need so. How much would that cost?

Here is what I am going towards if I went for the black civic:

With this I would just keep the 4 bolt pattern, do you think I could do a good trade from my white itr 5 bolt rims for volk 4 bolts? Or if i did get 5 lug conversion and put my itr rims on is there somewhere that I could go and get them painted gunmetal grey (like above)?

And if I went with stock silver the final outcome would be somewhat close to this:

So basically in conclusion I am not willing to spend 2000 dollars for this:

UNLESS i can get it for a good deal

but what setup would you guys choose, I am having a really hard time deciding.

OH and one more thing, with the '99 and '00 it has a sunroof, so if i got the silver would you guys paint the top black or just do a swap with an actual black one?

Could you guys name any good paint body shops around kitchener so I could go and actually get a price quote,THANKS guys!

$2000 for a full repaint and have it done well IMO is a stretch, and that would be with NO body work. paint and labour only.

i like the top black car, pretty clean, the rear spoiler is a bit much for my likings but i'm not a huge civic hatch fan.
