Need part painted

I need a part painted but have zero experience with bodywork myself or with bodyshops in the area.

I need to get this:

Primed and painted, whatever to match this:

Obviously I'm looking for something local with good work and a decent price. There is no badge or mesh on it right now.

It also needs some fibreglass reinforcement under the bottom - but I may be able to do that myself (I hope lol). Its an OEM grille which has been modified.

Does anyone have an idea of how much its going to cost?

Thanks

Everyone wants $100-$200 without doing anything but spraying paint on it. (there's one chip that needs repaired)

I'm going to attempt to do it myself

I bought everything I need except for clearcoat for $80 including a fibreglass repair kit and an exact match can of spray paint from sherwin williams in kitchener. I'm going to reinforce the bottom of it incase someone grabs it to lift the hood or something. First time for any fibreglass work too.

There's only one way to learn right lol
