cavalier guys....question

just have a little question

my girlfriend is thinking about taking the side moldings off her doors on her '02 2Dr.

my question is are these just stuck on with 2 sided tape? or are there clips or anything?

basically, if she was to pull them off, would it be nice and smooth or would there be holes?

thanks

lee

I'd keep it on, majority of the time it doesn't look right, faded paint, damaged paint from removing, the thousands of SUV's that'll dent the side of the car once it's off. I left it on my car, it doens't look that bad either way but I figure why risk all the hassel to have it either already be fucked up or get there very quickly. My side moldings have taken a hell of a beating and still look good as new, my soft bendy metal door and side panels just wouldn't look the same if they took such abuse.

But he's right with method of removal...nothing is stuck in a cavalier, just tacked on.
