99-00 Civic OEM Fog Lights ?
Just a quick question, i have a set of OEM fog lights and am looking to install them and curious if anyone on the board has installed them on their car and if it is difficult ? or if not if anyone has had experience with a local shop that has installed them because i hear you have to cut into the bumper and i really don't want to do that.
