Broken tail light and wiper arm -- need parts

So I bought this car in Australia, and it unfortunatly had a broken rear wiper arm. Today I did something stupid and accidently smashed my rear tail light!

I'm looking for 2nd hand replacements but they want approx. $120 for the light and $70 for the wiper arm here, plus labour.

I've seen the lights on US scrap yards online for $20, so there's no way I'm paying over $100.

Suggestions welcome!!

If I can do it myself I will but I'm a little dumb when it comes to this.

The wiper arm is even easier to install than the taillights. Just need a deep socket something like 10mm or whatever it is on the back there and take off the broken arm. Then put a new one on. Shouldnt take more than 5min.
