OFCE and GR are two different things

just so you guys know, O.F.C.E and GuelphRacing are two different clubs and not linked in anyway. we just support them.

the OFCE meets for $5 are nothing to do with me or GR. It's a new thing thats starting up.

just want to clear that up seeing the BS in the thread about my meets.

thanks..

I just read it once i figured that out. If people learn to read the whole thread then people would realize that it is not GR who is charging the $5. I want ed to comment it in the other thread but it was locked. Thanks for clearing it up Gojo.

www.ofce.org is a site and a group that is gonna try find out what exactly is legal and what is not on your car and try to make the laws fair like getting rid of some of the realy stupid stuff like plate cover fines and officers discretion on muffler and tint and tvs facing the driver cause the higher class cars have a nav system in but were not allowed to have a tv in the front even if its off and classing every one with a modified car for looks or for speed a street racer.

Laws about plate covers won't go anywhere, since they would have to draw a line somewhere on what is too dark to read the plate through, and that just leads to more BS. The best anyone can hope for is that the officer would give them a warning the first time.

As for TV's in view of the driver, they're 100% legal as long as they're not playing anything distracting(like a movie) while the car is driving(nav stuff is fine). Anyone thats been given a ticket for one needs to fight it.
