Here:

Grand Cherokee(ZJ/WJ):
There are plenty of ZJ/WJ's out there that are 2WD. They're just rare, compared to the 4WD model.

Cherokee(XJ):
Most of the 2WD models you find will be from 84-86(Partsource/CT claim that XJ's began in 83, which it didn't.) Most 2WD models will also be either have the GM 2.5L 4 cylinder or the GM 2.8L V6. These are very rare vehicles now, most are in the junkyard. The 4.0 I6 XJ's also had 2WD options, mostly were used for work trucks. They're very rare for civilian vehicles. 2WD XJ's are very rare vehicles now, but do exist.

Commanche(MJ): From production numbers, these were mostly 2WD. A 4WD Commanche is now a very rare item.

Wrangler(CJ/YJ/TJ):
2WD did not exist. (Unless customly done.)
