ATC - Toronto Campus

HISTORY - >Lately I find myself wanting a career change, its not that I don't like my job, I hate it. However the work is fairly simple, I have a great boss and an even greater staff, but after six years of the same repetitive mundane tasks I'm simply tired of it.

GOING FORWARD -> The automotive world has always has appealed to me. So I have briefly started looking at automotive technician schooling. I stumbled across this one, called and had a ten minute conversation with admissions guy and scheduled and interview / tour to see the facility and what they can offer.

Anyone have any feedback on this particular facility ?

You wanna be a mechanic? Ok, I'm not gonna say anything rude about it as I myself was once a registered apprentice, but making a hobby your career, kills the love. Find something you find challenging as a career, and that everyday would be a new challenge and that tasks are never the same. That's why I wanna be an engineer. Not each project will be the same everytime. Maybe the same steps, but the results are always different.

Yah Scott, I'd have to agree with Seb. I did the whole apprenticeship thing for a year and I hated it. But that's just my personal experience.
