So who is willing to do what? I need some people to volunteer with a specific area in mind. Like someone to setup meets, track days, shows, that type of stuff.

Maybe post a list of specific roles that need to be filled, and people with experience in that area can speak up?

I've got some experience in marketing and running events; I used to volunteer for the Youth Arts Council for the City of Waterloo, and we did a lot of fundraisers, battle of the bands, etc. I did things like making cold calls for sponsors, designing websites and flyers for getting the word out about events, and then security/doors/concessions/etc at the actual event, so I'm sure some of those skills could come in handy here?
