Supra, 300 or even 240 with an sr20...I think they would all be sick...talk to baybblue. He's selling a 180SX right hand drive right out of japan.

MR2 hands down. The supra is nice for crazy high speeds and large hp ratings, but if you want a fast car that's a riot to drive/race/drift the MR2 takes the cake imo.

Get an early year miata, and swap in a 13B. It'll handle like a go-kart, and be really fast.

If you want to be unique(and steal my dream car) go find a 1988 M3. A good one will run you about $20-$25000, but they only made 5000 of them... and they were all hand built by BMW motorsports.

You could also look at 80's Porsche 944 or 944 S...my buddy picked up an 87 944 for $4000 and sold it for $4500 2 years later.

The non-turbo 944's are SLOW... like 15.5 1/4 mile slow...

You can find GOOD 87-88 944 turbo's(and turbo S') for about $15-$20 000, depending on the mileage and other things.

They'll run about 13.9-14.3 bone stock depending on the year, but if you get it chipped they make around 280hp, and drop to mid 13's. VERY cheap cars for the performance, and the pimp factor of driving a Porsche. Everyone looks at you when you pull up anywhere..

^^ very true...

For the money, I don't think you can beat a 944 turbo. Its fast, handles well, VERY nice to drive, looks good(even for a 16 year old car), and come on... its a Porsche!

I won't disagree with u there!!!
I did a lot of research on them when my buddy had the 944 NA.

But if I had the $15-16,000 to spend...I wouldn't be getting a car from the 80's.
