My mom says she spotted a "blue" car with a VM banner across the windshield exiting on Winston Churchill yesterday morning around 7:15. Unfortunatly she couldn't tell me what kind of car it was other than it was blue. Who was this?

i have a blue car but no sticker nor was i out and about at 7.15 but my car is blue. as is the sky.
