all have their advantages, if you want to try to learn how to slighlty alter shit yourself the apexi neo is good. Chrom is not free, you have to buy a chipped ecu or pay someone to chip yours, you have to pay someone to burn you a random chip or tune your car on it. Hondata im sure has its ups and downs too, i personnaly don't like it. there are a lot of other programs that basically do the same as chrom some better, some not as good. It all depends on what you want to do.

so thats not free, you still need to buy a chipped ecu or pay someone to socket it. then you need a laptop to do it with an emulator and a burner. doesn't sound free to me.
SUre you can have basic chrom for free but it is not that great. ------------------ LudeSRV says: civics are gay. they have no features no comfort and every person has one. i want a nice, comfortable ride with some jam when i want it. not everyone wants to ride in a shitbox civic with a fartcan and a b series. i wanna ride with some style |

Apexi neo is good fuel controller and any user can program it but no ignition controll...but if you have a honda chipped ecu is the way to go...yes chipped ecu cost 120-200 but you need that done for any pgmfi software..crome is the cheapest of the options and the software is equal to the others if not better..why you ask cause it is open source which means any one that know how to program can right plug-ins for it...crome does the same as hondata and neptune but might night have bluetooth or sim card logging...crome cost free, burner and programmer combo for 279.99..neptune and hondata 479-700. only neptune and hondata develop software for there devices. all these options require a laptop and chipped ecu. Now if you are getting it tuned by some else then crome is still the cheapest..Use crome...
