re-wrap steering wheel - #1 Car Club In Kitchener - Waterloo - Cambridge

does any local place re-wrap steering wheels, i know there are "wheel-covers" that you can put over. but since buddy tried to take it off it ripped up the "pillar" towards the airbag, around my buttons, so a wheel-cover wont do the trick anymore.
